Minimum Order:

Our minimum order is $100.  Minimum quantity per item is 2 pieces.  

Ship Time:

Orders received are generally shipped on the next business day.  We always try our best to send the orders out to our customers right away.  However, during busy back to school and holiday seasons, turnaround time may take up to 4 business days.

Payment:

All orders must be prepaid with a major credit card.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  Credit card information must be entered upon check out.

Credit Application:

Returning customers may apply for terms Net 30 days or COD.  Please submit all vital company information with at least 1 bank reference and 4 business references by fax or email.  Approval will take approximately 2 weeks.  Once approved, you may begin purchasing with Net 30 days or COD terms. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

Goods may become damaged or defective in the process of transportation.  All damaged or defective items may be returned for a credit, refund, or exchange.  Please report all damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization.

Our products come with a 30 days money back guarantee if defective.  Your customers may return any defective item within 30 days of purchase for a exchange or full refund.  A sales receipt must be provided to obtain a Return Authorizaton.
